How does the free trial work?
You get the full feature set of whichever plan you pick for 14 days. We email you 3 days before the trial ends, and unless you actively confirm you want to continue, we cancel the subscription for you. No surprise charges, ever.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. The 14-day trial requires no credit card at all. You only add a payment method if you decide to keep TaktFlow. If you do nothing, the trial simply expires and you're never billed.
Can I pay yearly instead of monthly?
Yes. Switch the toggle at the top of this page to Annual and you get one month free, so a year costs 11 months instead of 12. It's billed once up front, and the plan and features are identical either way. You can start on monthly and move to annual later.
How do I get my existing records in?
TaktFlow has a built-in importer: upload an Excel or CSV export of your assets, parts, or PM schedules and it maps the columns automatically, including exports from other CMMS products. Duplicate detection means you can re-run it safely.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Reach out and we'll switch your plan right away. Upgrades are prorated, so you only pay the difference for the remainder of the billing period.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
It's your data. You can export reports and records to Excel anytime from inside the app, and on request we'll provide a complete export of every record in your account. We don't hold data hostage.
